Pie Crust

A basic shortening dough.

From a box sold in Martinez, California.

Pie Crust

2 c. flour
3/4 c. shortening (or a little more)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water

Make paste with some flour and 1/4 c. water. Cut flour and shortening together. Add paste. Mix and roll.
