Spanish Brown Rice

I can’t identify one of the trademarks, here.

Sal-Savita is a vegan seasoning with an umami flavor. But I can’t find any information on Min-Vita broth. Not even a trademark registration. From context, I guess we can assume it’s a vegetable broth.

From a box sold in Chicago, Illinois.

Spanish Brown Rice

3 cups water
3 cups Min-Vita broth
2 pimentos
1 tsp. Sal-Savita
Sprinkle of Cayenne
6-8 tomatoes, or 1 can
2 cups brown rice
3 green peppers
2 cloves garlic, cut fine
parsley, minced
soy sauce
3 large onions, some green tops

Cook the rice slowly in water. Chop the vegetables fine. Add the remaining ingredients. Blend well and bake slowly for one hour.
