Toasted coconut wouldn’t be a bad way to top this pie.

Banana (Royale) Pie
2 (8 oz.) container pineapple yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 T. rum (optional)
2 pkgs. instant banana pudding mix
2 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 9″ graham cracker crust
1 large banana
Serves 8
Banana Royale Pie method (provided by Yesterdish)
- Peel and slice banana.
- Mix yogurt, milk and pudding mix. Beat till thickened; fold in rum and whipped topping.
- Fill crust with half of yogurt mixture. Lay out banana slices onto pie, then top with the other half of the yogurt mixture.
- Chill.
