Banana Royale Pie

Yogurt, rum, bananas and pudding.

Toasted coconut wouldn’t be a bad way to top this pie.

Banana (Royale) Pie

2 (8 oz.) container pineapple yogurt
1/4 cup milk
2 T. rum (optional)
2 pkgs. instant banana pudding mix
2 cup frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
1 9″ graham cracker crust
1 large banana

Serves 8

Banana Royale Pie method (provided by Yesterdish)

  1. Peel and slice banana.
  2. Mix yogurt, milk and pudding mix. Beat till thickened; fold in rum and whipped topping.
  3. Fill crust with half of yogurt mixture. Lay out banana slices onto pie, then top with the other half of the yogurt mixture.
  4. Chill.
