Pumpkin Pie (for two pies)
3 cups (1 can) pumpkin
2 cups — rich milk
2 c. sugar
1/2 t. salt (1 tsp.)
2 T. butter or substitute
4 eggs
2 [presumably, times two?)]
- (crossed out: 1/2 t. cloves)
- 1/2 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. cinnamon
Bake in hot oven 425 deg. about 20 minutes. Finish at 400 deg.
