You almost certainly don’t have a gem pan. Consider using ring molds on a sheet pan, if you have them.

Drop Biscuits
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
4 even tsp. B.P.
1 even tsp. butter
1 even Tbsp. lard
Enough sweet milk to make drop nicely
Bake in gem pans in quick oven.
