Fried Peanut Butter Chicken (as written on the card)
1 egg
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 c. peanut butter
2/3 c. milk
2 1/2-3 lb. chicken
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. bread crumbs
Mix egg, peanut butter, milk, salt, pepper.
Roll in flour, dip in milk mix, then coat w/ bread crumbs.
Bake at 375 deg.
Yesterdish suggestion: bake for 50 minutes.
