From a box sold in San Antonio, Texas.
Lemon Cake “Lou Broadway” (as written on the card)
1 box Lemon Supreme cake mix
1 box Lemon Jell-o
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
1 tsp. lemon extract
4 eggs.
Mix: cake mix, Jell-o, water, oil and extract.
Add eggs and beat until fluffy.
Bake 50 minutes @ 325 deg. to 350 deg. in large pan (9″ x 13″ x 2″).
While cake is still hot – Glaze with a mixture of 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 3 to 5 Tablespoons lemon juice.
