Corn and Oyster Casserole

The rare cooked oyster recipe. Could worked with smoked oysters?

From the box of S.H. of Marshall, Missouri.

Corn and Oyster Casserole

2 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. crax crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 c. oysters, drained

Mix 1 can corn with crax crumbs + milk. Spread in 8×8″ baking dish.

Place oysters on this mixture. Place the other can of corn on top.

Top with crax crumbs. Bake 30-45 minutes at 350 deg.

    I have a recipe just like this that my Mom made for my Dad at least once a month. She got the recipe from his foster mom in the 60’s, not sure where she obtained it.
